The deactivation process, will deactivate your software from the current machine, allowing you to install this product on another machine.
The process is simple:
 Deactivate your product from the current machine.
Install the product on the new machine
Request a keycode from the new machine. For details click here
In the text below we will be showing you how to deactivate your product.
Please note that after the deactivation is complete, you will no longer be able to use the software on the current machine unless you reactivate it again.
In your extension menu, select the deactivate option
1- Confirm the below window
2- Confirm the below window
3- Fill in the necessary information in all the fields, along with the Product ID as a proof of purchase.
4- Select "Save". A dialog box with the default file name appears. For example: "... Deactivation Request".
5 - Select where to save this file.
6 - The KeyCode Deactivation request needs to be attached below in order to process and confirm your software deactivation
